Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Blue Rune Hobby and Games, we ship to residential addresses within the United States. Our goal is to provide fast, reliable delivery with clear communication every step of the way, while maintaining the highest security standards for our community of hobbyists.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping is available on orders of $149 or more (before taxes and fees) within the continental United States.
For orders under $149, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Weight
- Shipping distance
- Carrier service selected
Domestic Shipping Only We ship within the United States only. To ensure the security of our customers and our business, we do not ship to freight forwarders, international proxy services, or commercial mail-receiving agencies. All orders must be shipped to a verified residential address.
Business Address Exception: We may allow shipping to a commercial or business address for high-value orders provided that the customer provides additional government-issued identification and the address can be independently verified as a legitimate place of employment.
Order Processing Time
In-Stock Items
Orders for in-stock items placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time ship the next business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM ship the following business day.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items ship on their official release day, as set by the manufacturer.
If the release date changes, your order will ship on the updated release day.
Pre-orders and special orders cannot be canceled after they are placed.
Shipping Providers
Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be arranged by appointment only after order confirmation.
Once our new physical retail location opens in 2026, in-store pickup will also be available during regular business hours.

Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist.
For damage claims, include:
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
- Your order number
We will review the issue and determine next steps.
