Welcome to Blue Rune Hobby and Games. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Blue Rune Hobby and Games. We operate this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.
We are currently operating in a transitional phase as we prepare our new physical retail location, planned for early 2026. At this time, our Services are provided through online sales and arranged local pickup.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
1. Access and Account
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your account or making purchases.
2. Our Products
We strive to represent our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary based on device settings. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is accepted only when payment is processed and we provide confirmation.
Preorders and special orders may not be cancelled once placed. All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
You agree that purchases are for personal use and not for resale or export.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged at the time of purchase will be reflected in your confirmation email.
Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or other fees unless stated. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Domestic Shipping Only We ship within the United States only. To ensure the security of our customers and our business, we do not ship to freight forwarders, international proxy services, or commercial mail-receiving agencies. All orders must be shipped to a verified residential address.
High-Value Order & Security Requirements For the protection of both the buyer and the shop, orders exceeding $149.00 are subject to the following security measures:
- Optional Signature Confirmation: For added security, Signature Confirmation is available as an optional service during checkout at the customer's expense.
- Residential Shipping: Orders qualifying for free shipping or exceeding $149.00 must be shipped to a residential address that matches the address on file with the card’s issuing institution.
- Business Address Exception: We may allow shipping to a commercial or business address for high-value orders provided that the customer provides additional government-issued identification and the address can be independently verified as a legitimate place of employment.
- Identity Verification: We reserve the right to request a photo of a government-issued ID to verify the cardholder's identity before the order is processed.
Order Verification & Fraud Prevention Blue Rune Hobby and Games utilizes advanced fraud detection systems. We reserve the right to cancel any order that:
- Is placed using a disconnected or invalid phone number.
- Fails Address Verification System (AVS) or Card Verification Value (CVV) checks.
- Contains shipping or billing information that cannot be verified against the card's issuing institution's records.
Shipping Timelines & Risk Orders for in-stock items placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time ship the next business day. Preorders ship on their official release day or the following business day, or on any revised manufacturer release date. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Local Pickup can be arranged by contacting us. In-store pickup will be available once our physical retail location opens.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, images, and materials on the Services are the property of Blue Rune Hobby and Games or our licensors. You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, redistribution, or display of our content is prohibited.
7. Optional Tools
We may provide access to optional third-party tools. These are offered “as is” and “as available.” Your use of optional tools is at your own risk.
New features or tools added to the Services will also be subject to these Terms.
8. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of third-party websites. Accessing such sites is at your own risk.
9. Relationship with Shopify
Transactions on our store are between you and Blue Rune Hobby and Games. Shopify is not responsible for purchases, claims, or disputes. By using our Services, you release Shopify from all related claims.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we and Shopify handle your information.
11. Feedback

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

25. Order Verification & Cancellation
Blue Rune Hobby and Games reserves the right to cancel and refund any order flagged as high-risk or fraudulent. These cancellations are processed at the customer's expense, and the refund will be issued minus any non-refundable credit card processing fees. Orders providing disconnected phone numbers or unverified addresses will be cancelled immediately.
26. Identity Verification Policy
For the security of our community and to prevent unauthorized transactions, certain orders may require identity verification.
- What is Required: To verify your order, we require a clear photo of a valid, unexpired government-issued ID (such as a Driver’s License or Passport).
- Verification Criteria: The name on the ID must exactly match the name on the credit card used, and the ID must display an address that matches either the shipping address or the billing address on file with your card’s issuing institution.
- Privacy & Security: We take your privacy seriously. You are welcome to redact (black out) your ID number, as we only need to verify your name and address.
- Data Handling: Once your identity is confirmed and the order is processed, all submitted images are permanently deleted from our records to ensure your data remains secure.
